Why on earth is George being such a sycophant to Barrymore, the way he kissed him on the forehead yesterday when he was snivelling outside made me feel sick and all this, he is going to help him to get back into public life? Its making my blood boil!!!!

Because he thinks Barrymore is going to win ,so by George being Nice to Barrymore ,George thinks the public will keep him in?

He's a politician. He's also labouring under the delusional belief that he's actually somewhat intelligent. He's decided that Barrymore is going to be the popular choice in the great tradition of brits loving hopeless underdogs, so he's thrown his lot in with him. And, let's face it, he feels there's a chance he may benefit from the fag vote, too.

Yet another startlingly dire example of lousy judgement from Galloway. But hey, he ain't a political joke for nothing.

Ive said on here before that Galloway is a lousy judge of character; he thinks Saddam Hussein is a "decent guy ffs...." :glare:
