I have to say some of the antics last night on the movie (despite Barrymore desperately trying to turn it into "his show"), were quite funny.

1. Sorry, but Pete Burns' comment about Jodie "the author" Marsh writing a fuzzy felt book had me spitting my coffee out with laughter.

2. Traci Bingham's impression of Pete wasnt given enough air time in my opinion. Her sitting on the couch, lipstick smeared half way up her face, legs wide open, scowling and smoking a fag was a delight to behold.

3. Chantelle's impression of Rodman was funny - mainly consisting of him mumbling and shouting "Mo-Fo"....

4. Barrymore as Maggot with that false nose was uncanny !!

5. The "Rula voice" that Barrymore did under the duvet was spot on.

6. George's imitation of Barrymore's backwards walk and staccato way of moving was good.

7. Preston burst out laughing at Pete's Jodie impression and then realising that Chantelle didnt think it was funny, promptly went into a huff with her in order to gain favour (but he DOESNT fancy her remember? :glare: ).

I thought it was a good laugh and very well done (although Im not sure why Preston felt the need to wear Rula's pants AND a ginger wig while he was filming  )

nice little task. I was actually watching the live edition as they filmed it so i kind of knew what was coming on the later show. I thought most of the impressions were great - Maggot's of Elle Chant, Preston's of Rula (the wig helped) and Pete's of Jodie.

Though if ever there was going to be a task that invited Barrymore domination then this would be it, and so it proved. His finest moment in the house so far - teriffic impersonations of George and Rula bonking away under the duvet, and also of Maggot - even had the Maggot gait down to a tee.

Chantelle's impersonation of Dennis was utter crap, and George's of chef Barrymore was skipworthy.

Chantelle got found out and now we know she has no sense of humour. Sweetheart, Jodie has already chucked your phone number away!

The best moment for me was when Pete and Traci were having a serious conversation concerning Chantelle. It was serious chatter, yet the only problem was that Pete was in full gorilla costume and something just didn't seem right about that.

I have to say Pete Burns made me howl with his Jodie impression especially as kept saying "I wanna show you my fanny". I disagree that Chantalle had no sense of humour, I think she was showing loyality albeit totally misplaced. I really hope Jodie doesnt try and latch onto her to leech on her success when she comes out but she surely will.

I know that Pete's impression was satire at its cruellest but everyone - including Chantelle - at the screening, was laughing out loud.

Some of his best moments as Jodie were :-

(on being called to the diary room) "I wonder if they want a b**w j*b?

Yelling to Michael : "Im an aufurrrr, Im an aufur!!! Ive written a fuzzy felt book!"

and "ImWorkForSevenCharitiesYerKnowAndImAnAuffurrrrAndI mPuttinYouInTheNext BookItsCominOutAsAPamphlettNextWeek!!!

however my favourite was Pete as Jodie, waving Chantelle off after being evicted......."dont worry, Ill be there in the crowd waiting, you'll know who I am, I'll be the one with my top off!!!"

Satire to rival Spitting Image and Bo Selecta I reckon  :wink2:
