don't forget to watch this. it's on bbc2 this sunday at 8pm. The blurb in my tv magazines says:

"The cameras follow Tim the winner of the first series of the Apprentice who went to work for Alan Sugar on a salary of £100,000. It is nowhere near enough!"

looks like it will be a good taster for the new series on Wednesday night!

I still can't believe that Paul has disappeared from our screens for ever!

I can't remember which one Tim was :bag:

Does that say less about me - or Tim

he was the black bloke, quite young and quite charming ... and "ever so 'umble" type!!!

a bit more blurb from my tv mag:

"Campbell emerges from this ordeal by fire with aplomb, not least because he is able to say things like "It's only a mistake if you don't learn from it" without batting an eyelid"

he probably talks in terms of "finding a window" or "let me run this one by you" type of soundbite speak ... you know like our city gent Groucho probably does in real life!!!

I liked Tim. He wasn`t in your face all the time amd was exactly what Sir Alan was looking for. The others appeared to want to tell him (Sir Alan) what to do instead of learning from him.

I get the impression Groucho doesn't so much "think outside the box" as regularly get out of it.

I got the impression of a beautifull deer caught in the headlights.

Is that your impression of Groucho, or are you just being random?

I think of Groucho as a beautifull deer, with big eyes possibly because they are caught in the head light.

They could be brown.

Funny. I think of him as being a skinny little bespectacled bloke with a high trouser waistline and cardigan. Quite a lot like this, really. :nerd:

He keeps expensive tropical fish and has a marvellous model railway.

Just my impression, of course.

I remember him now - I didn't rate him at all.

I remember him now - I didn't rate him at all.

I didn't rate any of them really! I wouldn't have left most of them in charge of my cat for a weekend!

The women were shrill and too competitive and the men were all armani suits and no substance.

But I shall be clued to it again and look forward to meeting the new gang and see if they've learnt anything from last year's contestants.
