Ooo I'm trying to watch as much of the Common Wealth games as pos...love it! It's on a few times a day so I can work around it to incorporate a few other bits on the box.:yahoo:

I love all the pomp ceremony and over the top lavishness of the opening and closing cermonies to the Commmonwealth games. I would very much love to sing at one, the atmosphere must be fantastic and vibrant.

I also loved the old TV shows like its a knockout, it may be classed as out dated and no longer fashionable, but the viewing figures were higher for It's a Knockout than the running mediocre shows of the first 6 weeks and more of X factor.

Bring back Eddie Warring and It's a Knockout.

Lets have some real entertainment.

Don't knock the Commonwealth games - a swimmer from Aberdeen won a gold!!!

We had a local cyclist win silver and a swimmer born in Portsmouth but races for Scotland (although she sounds as Scottish as I do) win a gold thus far...horrah!
