hello peeps,

Just thought I would fill you in on what has been happening on planet Isis......

I am moving back to my parents on Sunday, Mum has been down here with me for the last week as things got a bit messy here with Mr I's son, who kicked off when I explained that I dont have the money to keep the house going.........had to call the police as he threatened me, it was awful.....yet neither of them have bothered to get jobs or offer to help me in any way shape or from since their dad died, they have drained me emotionally, physically and financially.....and then some!

I have been signed off for another 3 months and I have to have another MRI scan to determine if the problems I have been left with in my right leg are due to pressure (another effing prolapse disk!!!) on the nerves or if it is permenant nerve damage cause by the delay in diagnosis last year:ranting:

The house is going on the market next week so I will be back in Devon to clear the house out once I have a buyer - I am hoping that my mental and physical health will have improved somewhat by then....

I have been offered a job with my old firm when I am ready to go back to work, so I just need to find somewhere to live.........I cant see me and Mum living in the same house for too long without getting on each others nerves - so the sooner the house is sold the better to be honest!

I will have limited access to a PC for the 1st week or so - then I plan to borrow a notebook from my old firm, and get online at Ma's - Im sure I can blag a broadband connection from my old firm too which would be handy.....so I probably wont be about much......I will pop in and say hello as and when I can.......

Isis, big hugs to you. What a lot for anyone to handle. Sometimes it just seems it all gets thrown at you at once. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and I hope that life gets a little smoother for you soon. :)

Isis, I can only imagine how tough it must be for you at the moment. I know it's going to be a long process but I hope all goes smoothly for you from now on. Take care of yourself first and foremost.

it's always amazing how the body and mind gets through these enormous crisis, but somehow it does. you are a very strong person Isis, you will only realise just how strong when you look back on this period of your life in a few years time. you sound like you have a good support in your mum, your friends and your employer ... that counts for a lot in these times.
