The area where I live has been found to have the third most generous sons and daughters spending an average of £36 on their mums on mothers day. Edinburgh were the stingiest spending only £13 on their mums. But, before we start rolling out the cliche that the scots are mean, the second most generous were in Kilmarnock in Scotland spending £37 on their mums.

Abbie and Katie should be ashamed of themselves ;)*
I reckon my town would be pretty far down the list. I only spent about a fiver on my mum this year.
*just kidding Bella!

unbeknown to me hubby spent £20 on flowers for his orrible mother :bangin:
i would'nt mind but the ole bag only sees her grandchildren when she feels like it and has never even offered to help us with them the odd day, even though we both work.
