Another task about selling and guess what the sales-people did well. Well the two sales people are the best 2 overall anyroad, but still.

The two Girls (not Badger) are singularly useless. Paul should walk this.

I really dont know who I want to win this. I liked Michele before but she was sooo rubbish yesterday swanning around in that far-too-short-for-her age denhim skirt and wasting all that time schmoosing those French girls when they only spent £30.

Maria, like you I quite like Michelle but she annoyed me last night - if she wanted to have a VIP lounge to sell, she should have had Ruth down there. Alan Sugar was right, if she was in charge she should have been where the action was. That said he was right to fire Sam, who was a bit of a dead-wood anyway. Tuan could be next to go as he is very much a weakling, he just caved into Ruth's demands for what line of clothing she wanted.

Sayed is just a pratt and too full of himself - I am not too sure if I would be happy with a male assistant leering in the changing rooms whilst I was getting changed though!

Paul should walk this.

It is becoming a bit of a Pauls Show isn't it, but only because he is showing himself in the best light and is becoming strangely more and more attractive each week (see a girl does bow to power, or a bottle green shirt with an upturned colar - one of the two). Sorry IOW I digressed.

You have said about another sales task, but they have all been sales tasks havn't they? Surely to get on like Sir Alan sales is a key skill? Like in anything in life some people are more natural at things and Ruth and Paul are natural sales people, they use the product and the TRUTH about the product and use it well. People like Sayid are bullsh!t sales people who distort the product to suit their sales patter, infact lying a lot of time.

A really good sales person will turn a sale down if they feel it is wrong.

I think all of the girls except Ruth have nothing what so ever going for them, the only bloke apart from Paul with anything is Ansell but his bulk and appearance disguises quite a weak contender me thinks.

The end.

Honestly, I think Michelle did herself a dis-service in the boardroom.

I initially thought that the VIP area was a good move, but it became quickly clear that it wasn't working. As soon as this became clear and it was apparent she was needed on the sales floor, she stopped with it. So why didn't she tell Al this?

I also think she was right in that she shouldn't have to micro-manage everyone all the time, and she should give them responsiblities. They are, after all, supposed to be the 'brightest buisiness minds in the country'!

I think Michelle did a pretty solid job, but really really let herself down in the boardroom.

As for Sam, what a waste of space he is! He was absolutely useless and deserved to go!

I definately think the right person went the other night.
Mr flip-board-man-lets-plan-some-more needed to go.

But have you noticed that AS always critisizes whatever the gang do.

I think Michelle did the right thing in bringing Ruth into the board room, as she had lost them some money when the owner of Topshop asked for an outfit worth £100.
Michelle showed that personal friendships didn't matter, just as AS had said.

But what did AS do? Have a go at Michelle for bringing in Ruth, saying that she only did it to please him.
They can't do right for doing wrong.

I agree with Mars. I think Michelle handled the job of Team Leader well. Really, it was more down to luck than judgement that the other team won. However, as Mars said, Michelle did a pretty shoddy job of defending herself and her decisions in the Boardroom.

I thought this weeks show was pretty good, but it really is starting to become a two-horse race between Paul and Ruth. In their different ways they are both impressive candidates. The rest are just there as people for AS to fire over the remaining weeks until the final show.

I hope Sayid stays for a while though. He continues to annoy (his perving in the changing rooms was gross), but he is very watchable.

Got to agree with you there, Figaro. Although Ruth just pips it for me.
