I don't know really know who I want to win, I liked Michelle but her attitude at the Top Shop task put me off her. I like Ansell though, he hasn't done anything to annoy me and seems a really nice bloke, he just might be the dark horse!

I've gone for Ruth. I like Ansell, too, but I think he's a bit to anonymous. There again, so was Tim. :mellow:

Well Sir Alan seems to have a soft spot for Sayeed, surely that PLONKER cannot be the next Apprentice!

The more I think about it, I think it may be Ansell. I don't think Ruth and Paul are malleable enough.

I think the same Patsy see how I avoided saying I agreealthough at the moment I think Ruth really deserves the job.

THe reason I asked is I've ben looking at Ruth's website. If she has won the series, the news being held back for the time being.

As expected her site is full of self-promoting puff, but the thing that interests me is the picture of the contestants and the word FIRED plastered across those ousted so far. I somehow don't expect to go to her site next week and see FIRED splattered across her own ugly mug.

I think it`s between Ruth and Ansell but, and please dont`t take this the wrong way I don`t mean anything by it , would he hire another Black person. I would say this if he hired a woman last year, would he hire two women in a row. I just think in the end he will go with Ruth.

That thought crossed my mind too - but in his own interest he should pick whoever he thinks will be best at the job he has in mind, their colour then becomes irrelevant.

I seriously doubt that he would potentially compromise his company, just because he has already hired a black person and to therefore satisfy the PC GBP.

Looking at it from a customer's point of view I would feel more comfortable with Ansell, despite his glasses! I don't know he just comes across a lot more friendly, whereas Ruth to me is just a bit too pushy. You can tell she is hungry for the sale and that would put me off a bit.

Plus there is only so much face-pulling I can take. It's Ansell for me, and I do honestly think he can pull it out of the bag in the final stages!

Paul is a great sales person, but needs a slap.

Badger is brill.

Ansell is like the tortoise slowly making ground from the rear.

Its between these 3 wouldn't like to say at the moment.

I haven't seen very many episodes, but the of the ones I have seen, Ruth comes across as the candidate most likey to suceed.

She can sell. I think that will be the most important aspect of the job. Not only was she closing deals with the estate agent but also at the car saleroom. She's tenacious, doesn't need anybody's help and is passionate about what she does well. Also take into the equation that SAS for the sake of the prog, may be looking for a female winner this time round, and my money would be on Ruth to get hired.

The thing is he is only under contract to hire these people for a year though so the person he hires must be someone he will put up with for a year and someone that the viewers will also want to win.

Not sure but judging from the early morning shots this was filmed quite a while ago just don't know if thay have got to the final two but held off for a bit but from something Jo said in a interview a few weeks ago when asked who she wanted to win I get the feeling that Michele may be in the final.
That would suprise me as she comes across as someone who could tak her way out of anything but isn't all that capable.
Ruth seem like a good bet. I'd be amazed if Sayid got to the final and think that paul is way too cocky and too pushy.

Don't forget that Ruth has been made to look good by having very poor sales-people to contend with. Only Paul would get a sales job with a half-decent sales team in the UK the rest would be laughed out at the CV stage.

Selling is about persistance principally and then charm and ingenuity after and it is a skill that suits people better than others. Ruth can sell and so can Paul, the rest can and could not. Its a bit misleading in that the show is supposed to be about...ahem.."business skills" when really its a sales-person idol.

Who would you rather work with, Paul or Ruth?

Totally agree with that Survivorfan. I hate people that are totally up themselves and overweight to boot! I think Michelle is weak and does not deserve it, Ansell is a strong contender for me as he has never really had the chance to prove himself.

I think er....badger and michelle will get into the final..just a hunch
