It seems to me the main reason Pete has been favoured as the winner from day one is his condition. Take that away, and he is a nice lad.. no doubt about it...fun and caring... but I would not see him as automatically the winner. To me the absolute star of Big Brother is Nikki - I hope she is there to the end and has a shot at winning the whole thing.

I agree to an extent BB. take away his condition and he's not nearly as interesting to watch.
but he is a diamond geezer with the ability to think on his own ... I just wish that plastic porn star, Lea would keep her mitts of him! goodness he's old enough to be her son (DESPITE her keep telling us that she is only 34 ... err 35 ... err 36 ... err was at school 30 years ago ... I mean 20 years ago!!)

It's a shame that it's virtually a one horse race and I can't make up my mind about Pete. Without the Tourettes would he just blend into the background and be classed as boring - it's difficult to say isn't it.
Take Pete out of the equation and there's not much to choose from either.
I couldn't bear Nikki's smugness and gurning and theatricals if she won it. I think I would be  I find her entertaining in the house and I'm glad she stayed but that's all. Her first words to Davina, if she won, would be "can you hurry up with this interview, I want to get to Harrods before they shut" ;)
My housemate favourite is Aisleyne but I don't think she stands a chance.

I think it could be a contest between Pete and Glyn. Glyns popularity is growing.

she's in my inter-changeable top three too, Crit.
Pete and Nikki being the other two. But Nikki is peetering dangerously on the precifice of my top three, perhaps to be replaced by Glynn (other people's support on this board have swayed me slightly in his favour).
