Hello all,
had a great holiday down in Haverfordwest, Hubby took his Uncle along with us who is 74, not a good idea to stay in a caravan with anyone over the age of 60 for a full week, i was rudely awoken at 5am most morning's by his very loud far-ts( that's the Uncle not my Hubby!)

Uncle then took great pleasure in telling me when i was eating my breakfast that he wished he had'nt eaten all that radish with his salad as it had given him severe wind. Not something you really want to hear when you are getting stuck into your cornflakes!
I won't tell you what places we visited as i know most of you have a severe aversion to Wales !!!! Haaaaaa:laugh: It's good to be back.

Hello Bridge,

I'm pleased to hear your home safe and sound.I trust you all had a lovely time even though you were awoken each day by your very own chamber orchestra. It's not everyday you will be greeted by a wind section and Handel's Water music.

It was a very noble thing to do to take an ageing relative away with you, will you be doing this again?

I have no aversion to Wales or any part of this beautiful country of ours. I have only just got back myself from my final Irish musical travels for the year. I still curiously get asked what part of Wales I come from, even though I have got a Northern dialect. This happened in Dublin, Tralee and Cork. The years of singing must have really rubbed off the harshness of being a Geordie. A shame in a way as even Geordies often ask me where I come from as I struggle to decipher what has been said.

Still enough small talk for now, I hope you find time now to put your feet up and relax with us again.
