Thought I would start a thread about Jo who I liked very much at first but have gone off considerably. Think she is very loud and common, hard faced and a bit rough, didnt like the comments she made about Ken giving her the creeps, I like Ken. Your missing side tooth gives me the creeps actually love. :ninja:

The Ken remark is ludicrous and to be honest if I were Jo Id be more worried that I was more butch than H from Steps instead of worrying that Ken Russell might get drunk enough to want to touch me up.... :evilmad:

I also liked Jo when she first went in but her remarks about ken were over the top. And what was that all about when BB played one of her S Club 7 songs? I know but come on, it was that band that made her a 'celeb' and made her a bit of dosh. She should be proud of that no matter how duff they were. Now, if they'd played the song she brought out during her 'solo career', that would have been criminal!

Jo seems to be getting more and more unappealing physically and mentally by the day. Her panic attack yesterday just seemed to be attention seeking. She is the one IMO that is racist rather than Jade and Dimelle, who are just bullies. Jo is the one that constantly mimics Shilpa’s accent and often starts off the backstabbing about Shilpa. She is one lazy mare, just sits and chain smokes . Another one that I liked at first – wrong wrong wrong!

Im not liking Jo either. The way she was stood outside the shower after the task yesterday barking orders to Shilpa was very rude. She also said that everything Shilpa does irritates her now.

She really has turned herself inside out with hate ... which isnt attractive to anyone.

During the live feed the other night (the night that Jo had the panic attack) there was a very funny discussion between Jo and Cleo....there were talking about the shopping list fiasco and the cost of mushrooms Jo said something along the lines of:
'12p for a mushroom........12p......I wouldn't even entertain a mushroom for 12p'
then as they moved onto other subjects under her breath now and then she could be heard to say '12p'
It was very funny....but you probably had to have seen it!!


Later the same night as Jo was smoking Cleo asked if she could ask Jo a question about her asthma...I think she was going to ask why Jo was smoking if her asthma was bad...but they cut the sound. Good question though........surely lighting a fag 10 minutes after needing to use an inhaler isn't going to improve the situation!!

When Jo has her miserable face on she's a dead-ringer for a young Pat Butcher! She should smile more!

I loved her line when discussing dieing your lady garden (shilpa) - Jo said "yeuch, that would be like going to bed with penelope Cruz and waking up with Cameron Diaz" - ie if you were her partner..ho ho

When one of the tasks (the tribute band one) was excitedly announced, Jo hauled her lazy carcass off the sofa and was heard to say in moany tones, fag in hand, "Oh I 'ope it dont involve any activity......"

Wouldnt you think that any task, whether it involved activity or not, wouldve been preferable to the boredom in that house?

Just go back home Jo, pull yer duvet over your head, get a takeaway in and stay there for the duration. It seems like thats what youve been doing for the last three years anyway.....

Discussing with Jermaine, the girls idea to annoy Dirk, one of them was to cook and eat most of his tofu and soy sauce and to throw away the rest (gosh, yes hillarious isnt it? :sleep: )

Jermaine looks uncomfortable and points out that Dirk's diet is extremely important to him. Important because of his cancer recovery.

Jade's exit has clearly taught her nothing. Very disappointing.

Ye gods how I am detesting this coarse woman more and more. Does she EVER say a sentence without the f word in it? And the selfish non stop smoking, it must irritate the other housemates surely, she was smoking yesterday at the dining table whilst they were eating their cake and ice cream – yet there was a to-do the other day about poor Dirk smoking in the house – eh?

She also surpassed her nasty self yesterday with the dancing when poor Dirk who is over 60 years old and not a dancer like a lot of them, when she snapped “don’t f&&K it up for us”. Her family must be sooo proud.:sick:

The comments during the practising for the dance task were uncalled for weren't they? I thought Danielle came across well in that though......she seemed to be wanting to help Dirk to get it right.

I was watching some of the live feed last night that I recorded on the night that Jade was evicted (so I don't think it counts a spoiler now, because if it was going to be in the live show they would have shown it by now).
Jo was heard to say that the only reason she did the show was to save her home which she was in danger of losing.
She also said that Richard Carpenter had a song that was to have been Karen Carpenters next song, and that he's been waiting for the right person to come along to record it.......that he'd asked Jo to record it, but she turned him down!

Apart from the shocking negative attitude, the horrific smoking, the sitting down carping and never moving, the Jade stuff, the swearing et al I rather like Jo. She has a good sense of humour. If she could dump the hair band and wear some clothes that do not make her look like kids tv presenter/radio 1 dj, then she would be a great gal.:bag:

She's a hatchet faced old baggage and I havent seen an iota of a good sense of humour since she walked through those doors.
