View Full Version : Prison Break - Season 2 (starts 13/01/07)
Coastie 10-01-2007, 07:47 PM Just a reminder to all you Prison Break fans out there...I think that's Bella, Bonnie and myself...anway the new season starts on Saturday night! Wooo...
Saturday 13th January ch5 at erm...oh bum...10pm I think?
Bonsai 11-01-2007, 08:50 AM I am so excited i could pee. Apparently this is a cracker.
Im sure they said this morning on GMTV that it didnt start till next week though ... which is it ?
I will be glued as i am madly in love with Schofield.
Critique 11-01-2007, 09:11 AM Count me in. I missed the first series but so many people had said how good it was and I also heard that the bloke from Invasion was going to be in series 2 so my son gave me them all on DVD and I watched all of it in chunks over Christmas and got hooked.
Schofield is gorgeous isn't he.
Seabreeze 11-01-2007, 09:12 AM I`m in and it`s all set to record here. Can`t wait :w00t:
Bella 11-01-2007, 09:22 AM Oooh me too! I cannot wait! Prison Break is much, much better than Lost!
Is Saturday at 10pm going to be a fixed date for the rest of the series?
Bella 11-01-2007, 09:24 AM Oh wait up, just googled and got this -
http://www.five.tv/programmes/prisonbreak/
It looks like it starts on Monday at 10pm!
Count me in too. Just watched the first series back to back almost....it is brilliant, and has nothing to do with the totty in it!!
Bonsai 14-01-2007, 02:53 PM Only one day to go ...... yipppeee
Coastie 15-01-2007, 08:09 AM I was sold a flanker originally but tonight is definately the night...ch5 10pm...oooooo I could pee! :w00t:
Coastie 16-01-2007, 06:39 AM It's back...hooooo yes! :w00t:
I have to say that although it was a brilliant episode in an excellent series it was only 36 mins long...I was taping it as well as watching it, incase I dozed of, and cut out the adverts...the final reading on my VCR was 37mins...that was with the odd delayed reaction on the pause button!
Typical American TV...flood every program with ooodles of adverts...make said adverts repeatative and of a particularly annoying nature in the UK to get the fullest effect! :wallbash:
Excellent episode though!:good:
Oh yes. Have to say Schofiled looks far sexier in a suit than he does in a prison outfit....not that that has any bearing on why I watch it...
And I love the character of T Bag, I think he is brilliant...
Seabreeze 16-01-2007, 07:22 AM Yes, the episode did not disappoint and it was well worth the wait. Next week can not come quick enough now
Coastie 16-01-2007, 08:24 AM T-Bag is a great baddie isn't he...he really makes my skin crawl...a great bit of casting IMHO.
I am interested to know what happens to Haywire (crazy guy who left on a bike) and the kid (who left in a horse box).
The FBI guy (whose name I can never remember but has been in loads of stuff, most recently Invasion) is also an inspired bit of casting...
I am loving the way the story seems to be going...it is looking to be a real battle of wits between Schofield and the FBI guy! Excellent...and yes...next week can not come soon enough!:applause:
Seabreeze 16-01-2007, 10:11 AM The FBI guy (whose name I can never remember but has been in loads of stuff, most recently Invasion) is also an inspired bit of casting...
:
I really like this guy (William Fichtner) and he`s good in this part but I guess with him now being in this there really is no more Invasion coming back
Coastie 16-01-2007, 11:50 AM I really like this guy (William Fichtner) and he`s good in this part but I guess with him now being in this there really is no more Invasion coming back
I have to confess Invasion never did it for me...I tried but nope...didn't do it for me...but for those fans out there I shouldn't worry as I imagine he could have done both if need be. :wink2:
Bella 16-01-2007, 12:34 PM I taped this last night and watched it today whilst doing a bit of work and yeah, I thought it was all over too soon...........however it was good and Veronica, it was kind of sad to her dumped into the back of the car!
I can't wait to see how all this pans out but how did the FBI guy get hold of all the photos of Michael's tatoos, did Michael allow these photos to be taken when he got locked up?
So glad it is back! :applause:
Coastie 16-01-2007, 01:43 PM I was wondering about the tatoos - the only thing I can think of is that - in some cases - they take pictures of identifying features of criminals as these can be used in later/ongoing investigations. It has to be said that Schofields tattoos are very distinctive...all the FBI guy would need to do from one or two photos is blow up segments of the picture to see what it's all about.
Coastie 22-01-2007, 03:27 PM Tonightis the night...my goodness this week has dragged! :shocking:
The FBI guy gets to the son first...it all looks very exciting...:w00t:
Coastie 23-01-2007, 09:17 AM Ooo oooo how exciting was last nights episode...still too darn short though!
T-Bag really is horrid isn't he...:applause:
I just can't get over how well presented this show is...I mean yes there are holes in the plot and yes some of the scripting is a little cliche but I am on the edge of my seat from start to finish of every episode...excellent viewing IMHO! Can't wait for next week...
Will the girl twig that the young pick pocket is not all he seems?
Who will get to the money first?
Will there be a dramatic coach crash that leads to the escape of Burrows son so he is on the run to?
What happened to Haywire?
So many questions and I need answers!
Seabreeze 30-01-2007, 09:26 AM The FBI agent to certainly hot on their heels (but is he convinced they really are dead?) and it`s even more exciting now that the 2 ex prison guards are also looking for them.
Coastie 31-01-2007, 08:18 AM Love the fact they have kept Ballick in the picture...it looks like he and the boys rub bumpers next time...very exciting!
You know what I am not convinced the FBI guy believes the brothers are dead...It's also interesting to see he takes stong pep pills...I am loving how his character is developing!:good:
Still no sign of Haywire on his push bike!
Still many of the questions in my last post remain....to much excitement...I am feeling bladder weakness just thinking about the show!
Bella 31-01-2007, 09:02 AM Bellick is a great character and can't wait to see the confrontation next week!
No sign of Haywire or John, hopefully get to see them soon.
Have I missed something though............who is Oscar Shales whose mugshot we saw? I am guessing he was on the run too, did he disapper in similar circumstances as Michael & Lincoln's set up?
Loads more questions but that one will do for now?
Coastie 31-01-2007, 09:05 AM Oscar Shales
Yes I was wondering that...I was thinking maybe he is an old nemesis of FBI guy...the one that got away...and he keeps the file with him to remind him how peed off he was about that and so he works hard to not let it happen again...
Another, more gruesome, thought is that the fleshy bits the brothers left in the car are those of Oscar Shales!
Bella 31-01-2007, 09:23 AM Oscar Shales
Another, more gruesome, thought is that the fleshy bits the brothers left in the car are those of Oscar Shales!
I thought that too, Coastie and if it's not his then who the hell are they? The fleshy bits all looked pretty fresh to me, so it's not as if Michael had put them in there before he went to Fox River, so he must have someone else working with him......maybe that is Oscar Shales!
Coastie 31-01-2007, 10:11 AM I thought, initially, the fleshy bits where pig...since that is closest to human flesh...
I wonder if Oscar pulled the same stunt and Schofield read about it and that is the connection?
Coastie 13-02-2007, 02:07 PM Ooo oooo the mob man is dead...I would say his name if I could remember how to spell it! How out fo order was that...he was one of my fave characters!
Creepy guy is now with Schofield and Linc...He's a sneaky coniving oooo ya just want to smack him one don't ya...still hopefully the young lad wont get to beaten up at the end of the day and they can find the location of the buried millions...although one has to wonder if they have developed the site why didn't someone find the stash during the clearing or building stages?
They haven't shown anything of Haywaire...is he still out there in his white overallls and american football helmet riding on a girls bike?
Loving how the FBI guy is edveloping...Oscar is obviously some old ghost...the one he has yet to get and his motivation not to be beaten by Schofield no matter what the cost...drugs!

I was quite sad to see John get the bullet, it's a shame he was the first to go.
T-Bag is just such an excellent character, there is always one you love to hate but with him he really gets under your skin, although I think he should be dead with blood poisoning by now!
Yeah, just what has happened to Haywire and I would have liked to have seen the prison guard play a bigger role but he maybe not be dead in the water just yet?
And just what have the FBI guys done with Veronica's body? Is no-one worried about her? What about her ex-fiance?
It is so full of holes but still loving it!!
Seabreeze 14-02-2007, 02:05 PM Loving how the FBI guy is edveloping...Oscar is obviously some old ghost...the one he has yet to get and his motivation not to be beaten by Schofield no matter what the cost...drugs!
I get the feeling that Oscar could be buried under the FBI mans bird dish !
Coastie 16-02-2007, 08:43 AM Yes the bird bath...what was that all about! Intriguing...
Weeks just seem to drag at the moment as I wait for Monday night to come round again and again!
Coastie 04-03-2007, 07:37 AM :shocking: Whoa...FBI man really is a nutter! :shocking: I was shocked and stunned when he killed Tweener...i mean I half expected him to threaten the lad and treat him a bit rough but to shoot him because the kid took the pee! :shocking:
What's with Fernando Sucra...I can't believe he'd dare to cross the others! Naughty boy! Mind you it looks like he gets his cumupance next week.
I can't understand why no-one just whacks T-bag...I mean it's not like they need him anymore is it! They have the money and he is nothing but an evil, nasty twisted little man...although I think his character is wonderful for the show and would be sad to see him whacked but you know what I mean right?
Haywire...what's he thinking...building a raft to sail to Holland...class! He makes me laugh he does...he really does! Love 'im!
Seabreeze 04-03-2007, 01:58 PM Yes, another excellent episode. Looks like he`s going to try and kill them off one by one.
Coastie 04-03-2007, 06:10 PM Pant wettingly exciting as I think of a potential final showdown between FBi nutter and Schofield genius stud muffin! :w00t:
I have deliberatley stayed out of this thread because I am not watching it in 'real' time. We have to sky plus it and wait for middle buzz to be able to watch it with us.,but I am all up to date now and OH MY GOD!!!
The FBI man is compeltley deranged. T Bag is just brilliant - his face when he was told he woudl have an Asian hand transplanted:applause: and as for haywire and his raft - I nearly died laughing.
This is one of the best things on tv at the moment.
And Bella - Victorias fiance is dead, do you remember they killed his dad and them him.
Coastie 05-03-2007, 11:26 AM Can't wait for tonight...
Looks like creepy government guy is getting a bit fond of the Doctor and may well decide to save her in revenge for being steam rollered by the President and her new stooge! I think he could eventually help her to unravel the whole scam...but I have been wrong before.
Seabreeze 07-03-2007, 05:56 AM All making a bit more sense now as the FBI man is not the top dog. Wonder how far T Bag will get with all the money.
Coastie 07-03-2007, 07:00 PM Ooo talk about twsist upon twist...love this show soooo much...
T-bag is off to get that woman he attacked before...thing is will the guys twig to that and go after him? :)
FBI guy is being manipulated by creepy government guy and it's all just fab! :applause:
Coastie 04-04-2007, 10:47 AM I get the feeling that Oscar could be buried under the FBI mans bird dish !
SB you are queen detective darling!:applause:
Gosh...it's all getting a bit hectic isn't it. FBI guy is like the Terminator...relenytless in his pursuit to see the end of Schofield and Burrows!
I love the way T-bag has set Ballick up for the murder of his back stabbing mate...excellent! :applause:
Poor Sucre looks like he's gonna be biting the bullet next though...blown out of the sky...what a way to go.
I missed 30 mins of last weeks episode so didn't actually see T-bag do the gutting of the prison officer or the torture of Dr. Sarah...did I miss much?
What has happened to Haywire again? Did he ever build his raft and sail to Holland? I am very concerned for the nutter!
Bonsai 04-04-2007, 10:54 AM I missed 30 mins of last weeks episode so didn't actually see T-bag do the gutting of the prison officer or the torture of Dr. Sarah...did I miss much?

Unless I too missed it, you didnt actually see T-Bag doing the business to the prison officer. You saw T-Bag approach him with a broken champagne bottle .... and then the next you saw was him looking a little bloody on the sofa.
The torture of Sara was good and done with her strapped to a chair and being plunged into the bath. In the end, because she wasnt talking, and after pressure from his boss - the FBI guy just dunked her in the bath and left her. He then had to answer the door, and whilst doing this she managed to pull the plug out the bath with her mouth and get off the chair. When FBI guy came into the room to investigate the noise, he got a hot iron in the chest (he had previously used the iron in the bath to electricute Sara). Sara then jumped out of the window, fell a few floors and into a parked car.
As for Haywire - he hasnt been seen in weeks.
Coastie 04-04-2007, 12:48 PM Thank-you Bonnie Bon Bon! :)
Coastie 13-04-2007, 09:18 AM Grrr...I always had my suspiscions that Kellerman would flip on the government and look to assist Schofield and friends but what annoyed me was the fact that the pre-show announcer confirmed it would happen by saying 'Oh and there's a twist you would never see coming!'...a'hole!
Anyway...I reckon Kellerman will use the brothers to get back into the government goodbooks and that they really shouldn't trust him completely...he will kidna say that he will help the brothers floor the government unless they reinstate him!:wink2:
Oh and FBI guy isn't dead...is he...it looks like he was shot in the shoulder so there is hope! Isn't there?
Totally fantastic viewing...dispite the holes!
Seabreeze 14-04-2007, 11:30 AM I`m glad the FBI man isn`t dead and it really wouldn`t surprise me if at the end he`s on the brothers side.
Coastie 14-04-2007, 11:56 AM I didn't say he wasn't dead I just said that he could live as he was shot in the shoulder...I am just hoping upon hope he isn't dead! :bag:
Seabreeze 17-04-2007, 06:37 AM I`m starting to feel sorry for Bellick  T-Bag just gets better and better each week.
Bonsai 17-04-2007, 08:13 AM How did it end last night ?? I was knackered yesterday and went to bed at 10:30pm. I had the telly on in the bedroom, but i missed the last 10 mins.
Did i miss anything crucial ? Did T-Bag kill that family (i last saw them tied up in the house), and whats happening with the brothers and the 'dead' man ??
Seabreeze 17-04-2007, 08:22 AM T-bag still has the family tied up and he said we will be a family even it it kills us
The man who paid a visit to the FBI man in hospital and said it was a shame about his son getting knocked over is now dead in the back of the FBI mans car
Terence (the dead man) got hold of a gun and ended up killing himself and as he had already had his fingerprints removed and has had surgery no one will believe that it is him.

Brilliant, thank you.
A lot happened in the last 10 mins :shocking:
Coastie 21-04-2007, 06:17 AM Brilliant, thank you.
A lot happened in the last 10 mins :shocking:
That's why you shouldn't fall asleep...in fact you must have been wiped out...I could never fall asleep during Prison Break...I am to tense and on the edge of my seat the whole time.
Ballick really is experiencing the flip side isn't he...excellent:good:
T-Bag is a character that will go down in TV legends :good:
Still worried about Haywire though...I am waiting for a call at work to say he's been found bobbing around in the channel on his raft! :shocking:
Note to self...it's just a TV show! :shocking:
Seabreeze 24-04-2007, 08:36 AM Yay, at last we got to see some more of Haywire.
Loved the part were the brothers were giving the interview and they were trying to tell if they were lying or not and then realised it was all staged.
So many twists and turns
Coastie 24-04-2007, 07:02 PM I have great concerns over Haywire...he is heading to sea without a life jacket, radio, distress flares in fact no safety equipment at all in an unseaworthy craft...what fantastic viewing...so glad we finally caught up with progress!
That must be really hard...to tell the truth but look like your lying and vice versa...love the way that story line is going.
Ballick is now looking to follow the boys way out of Prison...I wonder how far he'll go?
This show just keeps getting better and better :applause:
Coastie 02-05-2007, 02:21 AM Haywire NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Evil nasty FBI man... Gutted I wanted to see the crazy dude set sail in his wonderful raft at least before they caught up with him...:(
Ballick's back in the hunt though...he really is a big kid isn't he? Great.
Still wouldn't be trusting Kellerman as far as I could throw him...I'm sure he's looking to double whammy the President by producing the brothers and the evidence against her in the hops she'll have him back.
Seabreeze 02-05-2007, 06:12 AM Awwwwww I wanted to see Haywire on his raft as well
Another good episode though and was glad the diner crowd let c-note and his daughter escape
Coastie 02-05-2007, 06:57 PM There isn't that many left now...
Linc
Schofield
C-Note
Sucra
T-Bag
I think C-Note will be captured next as he really must get some meds for his daughter!
Seabreeze 03-05-2007, 05:23 AM Yes I think he`ll be the next to go. With them making another series I hope t-bag survives for that. It just wouldn`t be the same without him.
Coastie 03-05-2007, 05:38 AM It will have to be Linc and Schofield attempting to clear Lincs name and T-Bag still causing havoc in the lives of his old family. The other escapees must surely become redundant in the next series...:nerd:
Ballick/Sarah/Kellerman will surely remain to. :wink2:
Coastie 08-05-2007, 09:45 AM Ooo Pope was in the show again...excellent...I hope he is allowed to live and that Kim doesn't come and whack him...
But what's on the data stick? :shocking:
Coastie 15-05-2007, 02:06 PM Nooo he wasn't supposed to die like that! Poor C-Note
Looks like T-bag n Ballick are going to bump into each other somehow doesn't it! :sly: I wonder who'll win that battle of wits! My money's on T-Bag!
I would have broadcast the tape all over the internet and let the public decide...and while they were doing that I'd look for the original copy...that way if I turned up dead then people really would see the whole thing as a conpiracy and would sort the hag of a President out once and for all...but that's just my view of things...I would certainly have several copies made before handing the data stick over though!
Seabreeze 16-05-2007, 08:10 AM Awwwww c-note . Yet again another good episode with lots of twists. Is it worng that I am finding T-bag more and more likeable ?
Coastie 16-05-2007, 08:27 AM Awwwww c-note . Yet again another good episode with lots of twists. Is it worng that I am finding T-bag more and more likeable ?
Just so long as you don't start getting any urges!
That's part of what makes his character so great isn't it...he's so nasty and yet so charming...great psycho traits played with a touch of excellence! :)
I saw Burbrucci (or however you spell the Mafia guys name) in a film recently - I think it was 'UNKNOWN' and then I was watching something else on TV and Haywire (in sane mode) popped up! I expect to see C-Note in something soon...even though I have seen him in something else before...I'm sure!
Oh and Linc was in an earlier episode of House! He was the husband of a sick woman :)
It's my new game - spot the Prison Breakers!
Seabreeze 16-05-2007, 08:38 AM I was flicking through the tv a few weeks ago and I don`t know the name of the film but Michael was in it. Small part - think he may have been in a boxing ring but he looked and sounded exactly the same. Not sure if he will do well in anything else now.
Mr Boombastic 19-05-2007, 09:39 PM Teabag = Scumbag
that is like saying you are warming to life of deprived crime , please reconsider, edit your post. Thats not acceptable
Bonsai 22-05-2007, 09:04 AM Teabag = Scumbag
that is like saying you are warming to life of deprived crime , please reconsider, edit your post. Thats not acceptable
Go away :bored:
Last nights show was fantastic. I didnt think C-note would die. And as the the scenes with Schofield and the President - fab. So, she has resigned - what will they do now ?
I also liked the scenes with Sarah and the FBI guy (cant remember his name). He is looking more and more ill, with the dark circles under his eyes. I think he will come a cropper soon.
Seabreeze 22-05-2007, 09:15 AM Yes I agree, another fantastic episode. Just when the brothers thought they were in the clear their life once again turns upside down.
Coastie 23-05-2007, 07:23 AM Oooo...T-bag lost the money! - although from next weeks trailer it looks like he gets it back!
You are quite right the scenes with Pres n Schofield were good and the scnes with the Doc and FBI guy were excellent!
C-Note really is in a pickle isn't he - just selling out everyone to save his own...
I sat through the incredibly tedious 'The Wright Show' yesterday morning because T-Bag was guesting on it...poor bloke looked bored after the first two seconds as indeed I was...and then he had that look of 'I am going to kill my agent' - which of course should put the fear of God into his agent!
Just remembered...I saw Schofield in a trailer for 'The Ghost Whisperer' - he was playing a dead soldier wanting to contact his ex or soemthing.
Seabreeze 29-05-2007, 05:04 AM Poor Sarah. Although he`s still after the brothers I am kinda feeling sorry for Malone now as all he wants is to be back with his wife and child.
Only 2 more episodes to go now. What will I do without my prison fix :(
Coastie 31-05-2007, 07:10 AM I couldn't believe it when they said it was only two episodes to go... Like you I will be lost without my Prison Break fix...although I shall be buying the box set at the cheapest price when the complete set becomes avaialble!
Kellerman pops up again next week! :sly:
I couldn't take the cliff hangers so watched the last 2 of the series a wee while ago. I can't take it anymore. It's getting to be more annoying than lost! I love it, but I hate it!
Seabreeze 05-06-2007, 05:55 AM KELLERMAN got to love the guy in the end, he did the right thing.
Last one next week, so how does everyone (except those who have already seen it) think it will end. Will the brothers get free? Will they get the money? Will Micheal get the girl. Omg just how good is this show
Coastie 08-06-2007, 07:12 AM Oooo I was fidgeting all the way through the last episode...real edge of the seat stuff! I knew Kellerman would be the good guy in the end...it just had to happen.
Looks like Sucre gets shot...noooo...so I'm guessing - with T-bag banged up - just the brothers and the Doctor live happily ever after.
FBI guy has got to get his cumupence at some stage...hasn't he? Or...maybe they'll all become freinds and band together to take down the evil Kim!
Coastie 11-06-2007, 01:50 AM Last in the series tonight...ooooo! :yahoo:
Seabreeze 11-06-2007, 05:42 AM I`m soooo excited but sad at the same time
Coastie 11-06-2007, 05:47 AM I`m soooo excited but sad at the same time
Yeah...what else are we going to do at 2200 on a Monday night now? :(
Bonsai 11-06-2007, 09:05 AM Im looking forward to the season fanale tonight - and i have my evenings telly all mapped out (much to Mr.B's displeasure).
7pm - Emmerdale
7.30 - Corrie
8.00 - Eastenders
8.30 - Corrie
9.00 - Big Brother
10.00 - PRISON BREAK.
I have a feeling that Mr.B will dissapear to the pub !
Coastie 11-06-2007, 07:29 PM But what will we do on a monday night at 2200 after tonight Bon Bon...that really is the big question! :(
I sahll be taping Britians Got Talent and Prison Break tonight and shall enjoy both in the morning before I take young Sid to the vet...again!
Seabreeze 12-06-2007, 02:56 PM The ending was excellent, it`s gone full circle. Well he`s now in prison with Bellick and Mahone and I should imagine they will meet T-bag at some point.
Will his brother come to his rescue or will Michael figure out how to escape?
Will Sucre`s wife be dead?
Why is the goverment hoping he will try to escape?
Coastie 15-06-2007, 07:00 AM Wow! Loved it!
I gues the government want them to escape so that they will be killed at some stage and the full story about what the naughty company did will be buried for good...
What about the money though? Will Linc go and look for it bobbing down the river...I can help him with a search plan!
It's going to be fab with Schofield working with Mahone & Bellick...and obviously T-Bag! Bellick didn't look like he was enjoying himself much did he:naughty:
Seabreeze 16-06-2007, 07:09 AM I was really glad that Kim died though, he was just a horrible little man

It's frightening isn't it...I know when I suffered the 'Wright Stuff' morning show because he was guesting (I think he's been put off Brit TV for life now though) and heard him talk about his kids...it was just weird! He is just so good as T-Bag I kinda forget he's acting! :shocking:
Coastie 17-06-2007, 11:15 AM I've just pre-ordered the complete second season on DVD from Amazon.com (it cheaper there and not yet available via Amazon.co.uk!)...I now just have to wait til September! :wallbash:
