Nope! Never met anyone remotely famous. Can't say that I feel I've missed out on anything though ;)

you think the spelling is bad........not as bad as the :assshake: I made of myself when I met him - it was in a nightclub in the early 90's and I had a very long conversation with him, which was going really well till I asked if he was still working at Lunn Poly :blush: I thought he was one of the accountants I used to work with.......:ninja:

Those I've met and spoken to are Captain Sensible, John Hurt, Ted Moult(!) the lead singer from Haircut 100 (when they were famous ... who btw was a lovely bloke) ... oh yes the stars have all met me! Last famous person touched by me was Christian Slater - he was all over me!!!!

I've seen lots of famous people with the most famous being Princess Diana (in Peter Jones Sloane Square).

I speak to Davina McCall's dad quite often and he knows who I am (does that count?!).

btw - Redford were you stalking Sam Shepherd that you bumped into him 4 times in one night?! ... also welcome btw!


almost forgot Sean Hughes (defunct Irish comedian) chatted me up one night at a comedy night in the Holloway Labour Social hall (I go to all the best places!) but I was very very very drunk and can't remember much except that my friend said I was quite rude and just walked off half way through his conversation!!!! gosh I wouldn't be so picky now!

That's funny, when I used to live in Crouch End he'd use the local at the end of the road and would occassionaly be in the sort of condition you discribe and would appear to wander off in the middle of his conversations with himself.

I've met John Thompson (comedian from The Fast Show and starred in Cold Feet) who was a lovely bloke. I've also met Paul Weller, who was a t0sser and Carol Vorderman who seemed very nice.
