View Full Version : Margaret and Nick Watch
Dolores 28-03-2007, 09:34 PM I see Margaret and Nick are up to their old tricks on The Apprentice tonight.
Was it just me that noticed it but did anyone else see Margaret give Nick a reassuring pat on the bottom as they joined their respective teams?
Groucho 28-03-2007, 11:56 PM Ahem......TV section?
I bet they are as rampant as rabbits.
You could just see them eager to get the other people out of the boardroom, so they could get up to their old tricks under the table.
Seabreeze 29-03-2007, 06:37 AM I like Margaret and Nick and with each series they seem to say more and more. It wouldn`t surprise me if they had their own show one day
Spooky 29-03-2007, 07:55 AM It wouldn`t surprise me if they had their own show one day
They should be very careful if they start thinking they are stars.....look what happened to Carolyn Kepcher ! :sly: :p

do you know i think Margaret had a love bite on her neck this week!!! ... and Nick's looking more disapproving of whichever team he monitors each week ... I think that turns Margaret on and that's why he does it!
I want to know more about their private lives ... I think we could have a spin off with them ... "Maraget and Nick on the boardroom table" type of show. whaddya say Mars?! ... or is it just me and you that think they're a love match?!

Oh i think it would be a ratings winner Dol. One of the Sky channels could even do 'Margaret and Nick' Live! which follows them around all day. Then we'd find out what they got up to under that table!
I also think they should replace Richard and Judy.

I like your thinking Mars! :good:
Coastie 16-04-2007, 03:00 AM I think you two are twisted and reading far to much into things...not sure about the Richard and Judy thing but they could certainly do Keith Chegwins job of running round the country and delivery cash prizes for GMTV!
Seabreeze 16-04-2007, 06:45 AM I certainly think Nick and Margaret are having a lot more to say for themselves in this series than in the last two. I am loving them at the moment
IsLe Of WeAtHeR 17-04-2007, 05:09 PM M and N have had it with this posse of deadbeats and they are giving it to them with both velvet and chintz barrels.
i wonder how many times they both have said.."I didnt get where I am today..." at their little latte breaks together.

sorry IoW I'm picturing them having Earl Tea breaks rather than your modern latte break! although I reckon they are both fond of gin too ... Nick seems to have a bit of a drinker's nose going on there - and Margaret is far too old to have such a flushed complexion so early in the morning!
Punkyfish 04-06-2007, 02:14 PM I thought it was interesting that Margaret Mountford said on the The Apprentice Beyond the Boardroo programme last night (that incidentally is repeated on BBC2 tonight) that she and Sir Alan would look for completely different qualities on employing someone!
Figaro 05-06-2007, 12:21 PM M & N do seem to have a much bigger role in this series, than they did in the previous ones.
On the actual show, they are ostensibly doing what they always did, but they are definitely getting more camera time for it. Plus, they are much more apparent in the spin off shows than they ever were.
Bonsai 06-06-2007, 08:47 AM I dont watch this show - but for those interested I heard on GMTV this morning that three people will be leaving tonight. They will all be interviewed - and those people who wouldnt fit in within his company will be fired, leaving just two.
Punkyfish 06-06-2007, 09:43 AM I dont watch this show -
You dont know what you are missing Bonsai! On Digital Spy they have the spoilers about who wins this which I wont reveal here!!
