I stand further away from it these days, it helps. My figure is not too bad but the face seems to be ageing much faster.

I haven't got the best body in the whole world and there's always room for improvement, but overall I am pretty happy with my size and shape. The key to being happy with your body is to be realistic about what you have and what you can achieve. If I hankered after a body like Elle McPhearson I'd be miserable 'cos that's not a shape someone of my height and build could ever achieve.

I just don't get that. I can see no reason at all why you would have such a negative body image - there's really no reason for you to. You must see something different to everyone else when you look in the mirror.

More like covered in at least two layers of clothing. Anyway, feta cheese (as opposed to fetter) is a bit hard to "smother" over anything. Too crumbly. I speak from experience.
