Anyone have any idea what it's like in Salou in Spain?

Me and my friends have seen a holiday there at the Albatross apartments. Just wondered if anyone knew the area and what it's like?

Do you reckon it's a step up from Magaluf Fee? I didn't like it at all there, but I had a laugh, and it was bearable!

And Slipper, yes I did google, but gots of very dodgy looking sites that said it was the dog's. So i thought first hand experiences might be nice.

ive been there!! though about 2 years. its ok. i had a great time but i think that was mostly because it was me bf and i's first holiday together. but its cheap, it's tacky, its spain. the best thinga bout salou is that its close to port adventura and barcelona is only an hours train away. restaurants are the worse, all of them have plastic garden furniture instead of proper tables and chairs. though we did find one restaurant but its hidden away and i cant explain how to get to it. but all in all, no different to any other spanish resort ive been to.

No idea what its like.

Sorry, its a crap post, but I'm playing Dol's "Road on the show" game and this was the 4th thread on the list. But I have abolutely nothing to say about Salou I'm afraid. I've never heard of it.....

I'm sure its lovely though.
