I cant take much more of this programme. The "presenters" spend the whole time mugging at the family involved, invading their personal space and asking them inane questions and pretending to be pleased when things sell at an auction. today the idiotic family set such high reserves (and remember this show is about selling stuff you dont want) that nowt happened. noone in an auction room wants to bid at an opening bid that is the top end of an already inflated auctioneers guide!

If it is not the odious Angela Ripon then it is that vile royal correspondent woman who pronounces auction as "owukshone". the "experts" come over as slimy and it is obvious that they research first then pretend to know stuff off the cuff. The continuous puns do not help.

I cant. Its on at the time I sit down and have me lunch. Bargain hunt was ok but a bit irritating. The alternative is , ahem, Loose women (alternative title: too much slap, too fat, bingo winged harridans) or the dreadful ITV news. Sky tv stations at that time are full of fake exercise ads or repeats of Dalziel and Pascoe.

Iwill be watching Seinfeld season 4 eps until it ends.

I remember watching one of these when Jenni Bond, in a low cut summer dress which was far too young for her, was trying to giggle and flirt with the husband of the couple who had been married for about 40 odd years and were obviously very happy together, it was buttock clenching! :wub:

and I do reeeeeely hate the godawful puns on Cash in the attic and Car Booty and Can't wait 'til Granny dies and Flog it an all those.......WHY DO THEY DO IT?
