I really don't believe he can be that dim. Can He? I think he's playing the Jade card.

I didnt' see this but my friend at work told me about it.

I asked my 13 year old non-academic son if he knew what Romeo and Juliet was and who wrote it - he looked at me like I was testing him on his colours!!!

Brian also believed that in Ireland Seany and his family took dumps inthe garden, covered it with sand and used it for compost! Talk about a lack of awareness of other people's culture!

... and as for Brian wetting the bed - words fail me they really do.

But deep down I think he is nobody's fool - he's just coming across as really really uneducated!

If his border line retarded appearance is an act then he best get a new one fast. Currently we have 2 very poor black role models in the house.

... and 11 other pretty pi$$ poor role models for ... well for anything very much!

I never see why Charley, Brian or any other contestant should be considered as role models for those too lazy to find real life role models!

Thats what I thought too Max - he seemed to be trying to hard to appear dim. Not sure where he thinks it'll get him, but I think that's what he's doing

The idocy of his comments was startling. If he was indeed puting on an act, then christ knows what he's trying to achieve, exactly. However, if this was in fact based on his own knowledge of the subject then it's nothing short of a disgrace.

If you belong to a minority then you are paraded as a role model, its just the way it goes.. same as Laura represents Wales etc..

Tracey also as the barstard child of Kim and Aggie and Jimmy Saville etc..

If it wasn't for his recent display in the trouser department when massaging Charley in the caravan, I would swear Brian was gay.

The way he flounced around and paced up and down outside after trying to break up the row between Charley and Billy was very funny. It was quite touching and he's obviously a sensitive boy, which made me warm to him a little more.

I thought that Brian was funny last night. He is thick as mince, but not daft and has a good heart. Still plenty laughs left from Brian I think. :kid:

I am LOVING Brian now......he makes me laugh out loud at some of the things he says.......and for someone who comes across as a bit dim he is very perceptive!

I'm a Brian fan too!

Him, Charley (I know, I know - but I can't help myself!!) and Gerry are my top three.

Brian's got a lovely lithe body and I wish he would show more of it off!!!

I love Brian too. He cracks me up with some of the things he comes out with and I love the way he stands up to Charley. I can't stand her but the house would be so boring without he in it so I hope she stays.

Anyone else think than when Brian was chatting with Nicky in the bathroom last night, he seemed to drop his completely thick way of talking. Well he ain't fooling me with this dumb act. Gotta love him though. The guy's got heart.

Either he or Liam are going to win this.

... and please god let it be Brian! (remember the last Tyneside lad who won it?!! - we can't let another Anthony happen!)

I would LOVE Brian to win this - it would make a change for an ordinary, kind hearted, funny, (and yeh, I'm gonna say it ...) black guy to win it.

Him and Gerry are my top two at the moment.

no, you're right ... in fact I think you'd be hard pushed to find anyone as ****ish as Anthony!

PS: did your **** start with a "T" or a "C"? mine started with a C!!!!

Brian is starting to annoy me now. He seems to know what makes a popular and memorable housemate on the outside and is clearly playing up to the cameras constantly. There is no way he is that stupid in real life.

I would love Brian to win this, and I think he's in with a good shout. I see Liam as his main rival.

Liam or Brian at this stage for me.

Brian is such a pet, you can just tell he's a well bought up young man who could hold his own in any company (except mine ... cos then I'd hold it!!!! :w00t: ).

To pull of an "act" in an edited 45 minute show from around 12-17 hours of live footage would be some act, so to speak.
