Surely it's impossible to stay awake for 50 hours (or was it 60 hours?!) without any stimulation from drugs, music or fresh air?

I felt sleepy just watching them.

I loved all the snappy interaction though! I'm probably at my snappiest if I'm tired ... but it's a close run thing with being hungry making me snappy ... so (in my case) you'd have to watch me for the next 7 days getting snappy and irritable!!

I thought the task was pretty in-humane tbh, but then I'm someone who needs lots of sleep! I may have survived on very little sleep when I was younger but I never went 24 hours without sleep. My son, for instance, would be having terrible migraines if he had to stay awake that long and he's only a couple of years younger than some of those guys!

There's no way I could have done it. The longest I've gone without sleep is about 30 hours and even after then I was dizzy, felt sick and couldn't speak or walk properly (and I hadn't even been drinking!)

There is NO WAY that i could of done this task. I value my kip, and i need a good 8hrs every night. Im a real bore at parties cos i literally slink off to a corner and go to sleep if it gets too late. Im often found slumped against a wall. I have even been known at my own parties to go to bed and leave everyone to it !!!

I couldnt stay awake for as long as the housemates did for all the tea in China.

I'd quite like to have a go at staying awake for 50 hours (or 60 whatever it was), just to see if I could - but I don't have 60 hours to spare to try it!

I don't like the way this years bunch quite everything so easily though, first the fish task, then the sleeping one - I wish they'd have put more effort into passing the tasks

I would have found it impossible. 36 hours is the most I have gone without sleep and that was a couple of years ago. I was not functioning well at all and felt quite ill so anymore than that would have been impossible.
