Got to start a thread about this auld trout. I quite liked her at first when she was in the hotel room, didnt she eat like a pig!, she seemed ballsy and entertaining, but with all her bragging about how she had done all this before and was "fearless", then flunked the first trial, she has seriously gone down in my estimation and that gob - blimey you would kill her and feed her to the crocs wouldnt you!

Quite annoying isn't she! Strangely though, there was something about her that I quite liked.

She's had waayy too much plastic surgery though. Looks like Pete Burns!

I thought that too Haydon a cross between Pete Burns and Jackie Stallone.

I hope she doesn't get voted out too quickly.

I and Jackie Stallone.

I hope she doesn't get voted out too quickly.

Funnily enough she lived with Sylvester Stallone. I like her more again, she is a character if a bit OTT.

Quite annoying isn't she!

Almost as annoying as the mis-spelling of her name (no offence, MR).

Please could you change it, H?

She's the best thing in it. You couldn't live with her, no-one's opinion counts but hers, but she is utterly fabulous.

I hated her to begin with, but I have to admit to laughing outloud a good few times in the last couple of days at her. She is also able to laugh at herself which is quite refreshing.

I find Janis Dickenson absolutely awful - and absolutely wonderful at the same time. She annoys me and makes me laugh in equal measure.

I loved the following conversation she had with someone (Rodney I think) when the two camps joined together:

Rodney: Hi, who are you?
Janis: Janis Dickenson.
Rodney: Why are you here?
Janis: I'm really, really famous (said with no trace of irony)
Rodney: Yeah? What for?
Janis: Well, I was the worlds first supermodel, I lived with Mick Jagger and Sylvester Stallone..........

I tell you what, this programme wouldn't be half as good without her.

Yeah but its getting boring with her doing ALL the trials, its like Jan Leeeming last year. Get that fat windbag Lynn to do something. Also Janice is beginning to look wierder and wierder and more plastic-faced as time goes on.

Get that fat windbag Lynn to do something.

I agree. Its starting to become "The Janis Show".

I was astounded last night that Janis got voted for a trial again. I was convinced it was going to be Lynn. I noticed that the editors gave Lynn a lot more airplay last night and focussed on her negatively, so I think they are trying to get the public to change their voting in her direction.

I'm sure she'll get a trial before long.

Hi everyone an back for another season :)

Janis isnt really that well known in America- if you asked average person on street here they would say "who is she?".
The only people that would know her are extreme reality tv junkies and old fashion industry people from 1970s- Janis the last two years has gone from one low budget cheesy reality show to another- its how she makes her living these days. What she is best known for is that she is a raving alcoholic and drug abuser and has been in rehab over a dozen times- its what ruined her modeling carrer decades ago. I noticed on the first show she said she doesnt drink- uhmmmm, yeah, probably for 3 weeks since her last rehabilitation. The very reason why she has been cast in so many cheesy low budget reality shows here in America is becouse shes a drunk, loudmouthed and opinionated- makes for good car crash tv. This is the first reality show i ever seen her sober.
I am glad she is on this show though- it needs her. Most that are there are way to polite, somewhat condesending and phony. Way to reserved for my tastes.

Da trout did good last night - don't know how happy I'd have been going across that ravine. She seems well up for anything except bugs. And Lynne.

I like her but I wish someone else would do a trial, its really becoming repetitive and unfair.

Im starting to like Janis though ..... i never thought i would ever say that, but she is growing on me.

I would love a ringtone "AW MAN" or "ARE YOU INSANE", she will do well out of this for a time on novelty value, like David Guest.

I've been a fan of Janice's for ages, being also a big fan of America's Next Top Model. She is the main reason I started watching this series, the other being the fact that Katie Hopkins would also be joining.

Unfortunately for Katie, she's shown that she's far nicer than she is painted in the press and has had very little air time, thereby appearing as a bit bland.

Janice knows how to command every scene, even with her "aw mans". She is utterly and hideously fabulous.

Even better then top model is Janice in the reality show "Surreal Life" here in the U.S. Its comparable to Celeb Big Brother in UK except they are allowed out of the house to do "tasks". She was drunk on Stoli vodka 24/7, stumbling, falling and fighting with everyone.
If you torrent/share files try to find it. Its about 2 years old- not sure of season number- you will love it :)

Missed last nights show but the night before I have to confess to feeling sorry for Janice when everyone was taking polaroids of themselves as a group and she was not a part of it.
I also am familiar with her having been a fan of America's Next Top Model for ages and yes, she is always very forward and annoying on that show. I think I'd find her hard to live with but her inability to make friends with the others made her seem a bit of a lost soul.

MariaRob

I agree in a way Rain but she doesnt really endear herself to the group. She is just a spoiled Madam who is used to doing exactly as she wants and not caring a jot for anyone else and that is why I think its difficult for her to be a team player and bond with anyone She can also be extremely annoying, I mean is there ANYTHING she cant do - she is the "best" cook, the "best" speller - yeah right - and the "best" at everything and she makes herself look a brash cocky American fool. She also expects others to do her bidding. She has provided the viewers with entertainment though and we are going to see much more of her in the future I am sure!

She shouldn't have to do anything for herself. Most of them aren't fit to lace her boots. They should all think themselves lucky to be breathing the same air as her. She is the only one worthy of the title "Celebrity".

Pah!
