This has been driving me mad for a couple of weeks now.... they guy in the Bisto ad (j'know the "Proper Gomper" "Man Boobs" one) IS SOMETIMES naked....

Admittedly, it's not pretty but at least I don't need to check myself into the local clinic any more....I thought I'd completely lost it.... perhaps I have, but that's a differnet story :blink:

I think he is only naked after 9pm at night. During the day he remains fully clothed.

I think the ad is pretty revolting, who wants to look at this **** in the nak? If my other half referred to my mother as a godber (WHAT on eath is that??) he would get his watery packet muck cheese sauce right over his head!! It certainly does not make me want to buy this product.

we always try and guess whether he's gonna be naked or not - adds a little interest to things! It reminds me of the beer advert (think it's carlsberg),where the old lady doesn't want the truck driver to leave with his shipment and locks him in her basement, - sometimes he falls in the basement and other times he is pushed. We always try and guess which! ................. i really need to get out more!!

And I have to confess that it makes me chuckle every time I see it, whether he's clad or not. But that's a bloke/female-outlaw thing, probably. :devil:

I did not know this guy was naked!! And I have seen this tons of times!! I am laughing but shocked .. and will keep a close eye out for the naked one [well not that close].

It is probably that I am always sewing or chatting during the adverts I pay little attention to them!

Ditto :laugh: I know the ad, it stands out even before I noticed (ugly)naked man, I think it's because you hear "man breasts" it makes you (me) double take. But I did notice him naked last week, I'm glad you started this thread or I might have been worried I was having strange fantasies! Why is he naked though? :sick:

Yes, Bonnie is right, the Bisto guy is only naked after 9pm, I'm sure you can see why, it's a most distressing sight!

Interestingly there's another advert on at the moment that changes after 9pm, it's the one for the mobile phone company (can't remember which!) that has the two black guys cleaning out the deceased gran's flat, one gets something in his eye and accidentally picks up a pair of granny's old pants to wipe his eyes on, in the post 9pm version his mate storms off in a distressed state calling his mate 'a weirdo pant sniffer!' pre 9pm he just exclaims 'What you doin' man?'
