Summary of Sarah's
Story on 1st June 2001
On the walk to Tribal council Sarah stopped off at the mud volcano. She packed some mud into a container with the intention of her and Eve using it the following day. The container now was in her fridge at home and was planning on having a mud party with Eve once the show was over. Sarah explained that herself, Eve and Richard had formed what she felt was a strong alliance. A friend of Sarah's was then introduced. Sarah's friend defended Sarah by saying that she was used to tropical forests and adventures and that she was highly unlikely to complain about drips of rain. She was referring to Jackie's comments about Sarah complaining all the time. The resident psychologist said he felt Sarah's achilles heel was the politics and her not joining in all the activities on the beach with the others. Sarah explained that at Tribal Council she thought that there was the possibility that she might get three votes. When she got so many more she said she "was devastated" and just kept thinking "who betrayed me?". She really didn't know who had voted against her initially and felt completely duped. Sarah went on to predict
that she thought Pete would be next to go because when she left the island,
he was getting thin and not doing very well. When asked what her comment
to Richard would be, Sarah answered "that's the closest you will
ever get to beating me in a challenge, so enjoy it now mate!" Post
