Survivor
2 begin on ITV1 on Wednesday March 13.
Producers have cut the
number of contestants from 16 to 12.
Filming of Survivor
2 in Panama was completed w/e 2/3/2002.
There was a
60-minute main show every Wednesday night, with a 30-minute follow-up
programme
later in the evening around 11pm. Channel
4's cricket commentator Mark Nicholas replaced Mark Austin
as the main presenter of the show. Previous year's winner Charlotte
Hobrough hosted a fanzine programme on ITV2. Viewers were able
to take part in a Pop Idol-style interactive vote in the latter
stages of Survivor 2, to say who they wanted voted off
the show.
